As a recent bride/client of Amy Ackerman, I am happy to report that it was an absolute pleasure working with Amy as our day-of-coordinator for our 240 guest wedding at The Rockleigh in Rockleigh, NJ. Although this venue was a new location for Amy, she was certain to take all the time and efforts necessary to familiarize herself with both the church and the reception venues in order to help produce a flourishing event day. Amy was exceptionally professional in the manor she worked and communicated with all the venue staff, my vendors as well as my wedding party and family. From my experience working with Amy, I feel she does have a lot of the strong points necessary to run a successful event. She is outgoing, well organized, intuitive, creative and assertive. One of the key standouts of why it was such a pleasure to work with Amy is due to her ability to focus on my vision of the full day events and at the same time enhance them as needed. Her valid concerns and outlook were all very well thought out. I very much appreciated all of her suggestions as they turned out to be such a high asset to the overall flow of the wedding day. Amy did go above and beyond what was expected from her as a day of coordinator and I would highly recommend her work for a future event as I am confident that she can tackle an event and deliver success. Most importantly Amy is entirely reliable and a pleasure to have around on an important event day.
